Getting started

Who can open a wholesale account?

We work with consumer-facing retailers that hold a valid resale certificate, including museum shops, gift shops, home goods stores, and apparel retailers. We also work with event companies, corporate gifting companies, and select restaurants and restaurant supply stores.

How do I apply?

Please complete our Wholesale Partner Submission Form. Our team will review your application and follow up by email.

Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID?

Yes. We require your tax ID and a valid resale certificate for each state where your orders will ship.

How long does approval take?

Account approval typically takes 1–2 weeks.

How do I log in and view wholesale pricing?

Once your wholesale account is approved, you will receive an invitation by email. Log in to our website to shop with your wholesale pricing. When you are logged out, retail pricing is displayed.

Can I add other people from my business or more than one shipping location?

Yes. Additional buyers from your business can be added to your account, and multiple shipping locations can be set up.

Can I use my wholesale login for personal purchases?

No. Wholesale accounts are for business purchases only. For personal orders, please shop as a retail customer.

Pricing & minimums

How is wholesale pricing determined?

Wholesale prices are 50% off our retail prices.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Opening orders have an $850 minimum, and reorders have a $500 minimum.

Is there a maximum quantity per item?

No. There are no maximum quantities.

Are items sold in case packs?

Yes. Items are sold in case packs.

Can I use retail promotions or discount codes on wholesale orders?

No. Retail promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.

Do you offer tiered or volume pricing?

We do not offer tiered wholesale pricing at this time.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Once your wholesale account has been approved and you have received your invitation, log in to our website to shop and check out.

What happens after I submit an order?

Our team reviews every wholesale order before it is processed. Shipping charges are added to your order, and payment is collected at the time of fulfillment.

Can I order from a line sheet instead of the website?

Yes. To order from our line sheet, please email your order to wholesale@fishseddy.live.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

Orders may be placed by email at wholesale@fishseddy.live.

Is Fishs Eddy available on Faire?

Yes. You can shop Fishs Eddy on Faire at fishseddy.faire.com.

Payment & terms

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards supported by Shopify Payments.

When is payment due? Do you offer net terms?

All payments are due at the time of fulfillment and are charged to the payment method provided at checkout.

Is my order exempt from sales tax?

Your order is exempt from sales tax if you have provided a valid resale license issued by the same state as your ship-to location.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship wholesale orders?

We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated as 15% of your order total.

Do you offer free shipping on wholesale orders?

No. Free shipping is not available on wholesale orders.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship within 1–2 weeks of the approval date.

Can you drop ship directly to my customers?

No. We do not offer drop shipping.

Product, inventory & availability

Is your full retail assortment available wholesale?

No. Our wholesale assortment does not include our entire retail assortment.

Are licensed products available wholesale?

Some licensed products are available wholesale. Eligible items will appear when you are logged in to your wholesale account, and are also listed in our line sheet and catalog.

Do you offer custom designs, private label, or personalization?

Private label and custom design requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at wholesale@fishseddy.live to discuss your project.

Damages & returns

Can I return unsold wholesale merchandise?

No. We do not accept returns of unsold wholesale merchandise.

MAP policy

Does Fishs Eddy have a minimum advertised price (MAP) policy?

Yes. Our MAP policy promotes fair competition among our retail partners and protects the Fishs Eddy brand. It establishes the lowest price at which Fishs Eddy products may be advertised. Approved buyers can read the full policy in this FAQ after logging in.

Does the MAP policy limit the price I actually sell at?

No. The policy applies only to advertised prices. Retailers are free to set their own selling prices.

May I sell Fishs Eddy products on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces?

Not without explicit written consent from Fishs Eddy.

Marketing support & contact

Do you provide displays, signage, or other in-store materials?

Yes. Orders over $1,200 receive complimentary Fishs Eddy wooden blocks, in small and large sizes, to use as in-store signage. The blocks ship with your order.

May I visit the NYC store or a showroom before ordering?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our New York City store before placing an order.
